Duties Summary
Exempt, non-civil service, full-time, temporary appointment. The primary purpose of this position is to develop, implement, coordinate, manage, and evaluate projects and programs, including weaknesses identified during the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure effective utilization of resources to maximize departmental efficiency. This position provides these supports to offices across BHA, and the Department, as appropriate, engaged in service delivery and pandemic response and recovery. This position may provide consultation in the use and benefit of various processes for a given application or functional area.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a baccalaureate degree in business, management information systems, finance, accounting, computer sciences, communications, public health, public administration, planning, or other related field of study.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience working with systems or business process improvements, quality assurance, or program development, implementation, or evaluation.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Project Management Experience: Two (2) years of experience managing projects of medium-to-large scale, scope, and impact.
