Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and Pcard Transactions through the Statewide Accounting System (LUMA).
- Support the Administration of the Agency Pcard program and internal customer support.
- Ensure financial transaction compliance with Agency and State Financial Policy.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Research a wide variety of financial transactions and statements to provide resolution to stakeholders.
- Manage, distribute, and organize Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Pcard information to leadership for problem solving and communication.
- Provide technical assistance, mentorship and problem solving to other staff in the performance of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and Pcard Transactions processing as needed to train and support the agency in these functions.
- Other financial support duties as assigned.
Some knowledge of:
- Accounting principles and practices.
- Financial record keeping methods.
- Bookkeeping.
- Using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Researching and compiling financial info and preparing summaries and reports.
- Using personal computers to retrieve, edit, and analyze financial data.
