Position Overview
Under general direction, manages all aspects of assignments for the unit. Responds to written inquiries and telephone calls. Performs special projects for management.

Essential Functions
Serves as a staff assistant to the Chief of Prosecutions performing duties some of which are of a sensitive or controversial nature.
Conducts research on special projects and / or problem areas of controversial and / or sensitive nature.
Serves as Liaison to Division of Real Estate advisory boards.
Serves as liaison for the Department in confidential and controversial situations on real estate prosecutions related issues involving a diversity of people and interests.
Coordinates the preparation of various prosecutorial reports, legal documents, statistics including file initiation reports, monthly and yearly statistics, monitoring of files, monitoring of compliance following Consent orders.
Arranges or assists with the preparation of major conferences and staff meetings.
Assists in the budget process.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
