We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineering student who is interested in the role of Contract Administration Assistant. This student opportunity will support our Contract Administration team.
In this role, you will assist with rewriting and updating training materials, as well as provide administrative and technical support for field staff in their use of various digital tools. These tools include E-Ticketing, OnStation, Inspection GPS, drone data management, digital delivery processes, and GIS applications.

Completion of at least two years in civil, construction, or structural engineering at an accredited four-year college or university with eligibility for senior status upon return to school.

What You’ll Do
Training Material Development & Maintenance
- Collaborate with the Contract Administration to rewrite and update training materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current best practices.
- Gather feedback from field staff to continuously improve and refine training documentation.
- Maintain version control of all training resources, ensuring stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information.
- Serve as a point of contact for field staff regarding E-Ticketing, OnStation, Inspection GPS, drone data, digital delivery, and GIS applications.
- Troubleshoot user issues, escalate complex technical problems, and coordinate solutions with IT and project managers.
- Conduct training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to help field staff effectively utilize digital tools and workflows.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing project-related data from drones, GPS systems, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and proper documentation, adhering to organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and GIS specialists to generate reports and visualizations that support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize digital processes and administrative workflows.
- Propose and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce redundancies.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend updates or enhancements to existing practices
