Position Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary : Collect and analyze information required to determine eligibility and monitor changes in circumstances of households to determine and affect payment benefits. Investigate questionable situations and notifies appropriate departments and agencies of discrepancies identified. Refer customers to appropriate services.
