Come join the Division of Resource Administration at the Department of Environmental Protection!BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION : This position is an integral part of the Department's Environmental Team, that provides reception duties for the front office.This primary focus of the Office Associate II position is : Answering incoming phone calls Routing spill calls for the entire state appropriately and in a timely manner Greeting visitors Distributing incoming mail Preparing outgoing mail Photocopying Laminating documents Maintaining office supplies Forwarding requests for building maintenance to BGSIn addition, this position provides administrative support to Department programs through data entry, coordinating maintenance of the Bureau's pool vehicles. The Office Associate II position needs to be motivated, dedicated, flexible, detail-oriented and can work under time-sensitive deadlines while being a team player. This position routinely lifts 25 lbs. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. For more information specific to the position, please contact Gina L. Gym Membership Reimbursement- Improve overall health with regular exercise and receive up to $40 per month to offset this expense. Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts- Set aside money pre-tax to help pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses and / or daycare expenses.
