Summary
Support community relationships between our agency and the community. This involves the following: providing administrative support to leadership staff in planning for, implementing and documenting community meetings, trainings and events; possessing and maintaining a wide knowledge of the department’s programs, procedures, functions and policies; attending and providing information regarding the agency at community events; greeting guests that have appointments with Executive Leadership; identifying opportunities to engage with the community and being familiar with community resources and partners. This position requires organization and excellent communication and collaboration skills. An understanding of finance regulations will be required in planning for events as well as an ability to be creative.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to leadership staff in planning for, implementing and documenting community and internal meetings, training and events.
- Serves as a community ambassador.
- Provides additional administrative support to Services as needed to include data collection and documenting internal meetings such as case review, Trauma Informed Resilience Oriented Equity Focused (TIROE) and all staff meetings.
Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
2. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Administrative Officer classifications or Administrative Officer specialty codes in the General, Administrative, Clerical, and Office Services job field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.
One year of experience in Google Workspace.
One year of experience in customer service.
One year of experience in a Human Service field.
