Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll/HR Clerk. This role will involve coordinating payroll operations, managing employee data, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll, including generating payrolls, calculating salaries, and managing benefits
  • Manage employee data, including onboarding, terminations, and changes to employee information
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment: This is a full-time position with regular working hours. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
