POSITION DUTIES - The Departmental Analyst is responsible for serving as a liaison between the Office of Policy Initiatives, legislative offices, stakeholders, and other agencies. The position is responsible for analyzing on-going legislative programs operations, coordinating projects with legislative offices, and monitoring legislative activity.
This position will help handle constituent inquiries received by the Executive Office; editing and drafting correspondence, issuing responses to constituents; and researching and analyzing the department’s programs and policies as it pertains to constituent casework.
Candidate should have prior experience working in customer service and must demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as the ability to navigate a large organization.
