Departmental Analyst 9-P11
This position’s primary responsibilities include functioning as the quality assurance and data analyst for the Community Options Support and Services Section. As the quality assurance and data analyst, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance plan, overall data management, review of reports and information submitted by grantees in support of the programs and federal requirements, and ensuring accurate and complete data is submitted in accordance with state and federal requirements and regulations. The Quality Assurance and Data Analyst will perform these functions for the No Wrong Door (NWD) system, which includes the Person-Centered Options Counseling (PCOC) program, State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) grant, and Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA). This individual will provide technical assistance to grantees on data submission, including but not limited to quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
