Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Two years of professional, managerial experience.

- Print and Mail Management (PMM) – Overseeing print production and mail distribution operations.
- Logistics and Operations Support (LOS) – Managing facility operations, surplus property, and warehousing services.
- Vehicle and Travel Services (VTS) – Functioning as the fleet director, overseeing the state's fleet of 10,000 motor vehicles and travel program.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in state support services.
- Oversee division performance, assess operational effectiveness, and recommend enhancements.
- Formulate and enforce policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on budget management, cost reduction strategies, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with DTMB senior leadership to shape the future of government support services.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Oversees rate development and implementation.
