This position is for the Continuous Quality Improvement Unit. The description of the job includes the following : (1.) Provide a comprehensive, independent review / audit of agency and contracted child welfare providers against established state, federal, agency compliance standards.(2.) Effectively and objectively combine all sources of information to document determinations and findings.(3.) Demonstrates adequate knowledge and skills to assess the safety, permanency, and wellbeing of children.(4.) Demonstrates adequate preparation for the case review processes through knowledge of case dynamics / knowledge of services provided, etc.(5.) Demonstrate group facilitation / interviewing knowledge and skills and maintains an atmosphere during remote review that encourages participation by all participants.(6.) Maintains necessary attention to detail to achieve high-level performance and produces timely and accurate work product.(7.) Demonstrates sense of responsibility and commitment to the public trust and service through statements and actions and conscientiously abides by the rules, regulations, and procedures governing work.(8.) Communicates ideas, suggestions, and concerns, as well as outcomes and progress throughout the process of an activity and provides thorough and accurate information.(9.)
