What you’ll do:
- Manage and lead a team responsible for reviewing, evaluating and processing licensure activities.
- Supervise, direct and monitor workload of the team; communicate directives and assignments.
- Provide technical and administrative assistance.
- Review applications for licensure, determine authenticity of documents, and ensure statutory requirements are satisfied.
- Correspond with applicants regarding errors and solutions.
- Respond to written and verbal inquiries regarding requirements for licensure, fees, license status and the laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the board.
- Respond to non-routine and complex inquiries regarding application procedures, status or determinations and requirements.
- Enter information from the application into the licensure system.
- Prepare applications and supporting documentation for management and board review.
- Develop and recommend application and licensure processes and procedures.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of five of experience in reviewing and processing official documents such as claims, applications or legal documentation; or three or more years of experience as a Lead Customer Service Representative (substitutions may be considered).
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience.
- (Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university in the areas of business or public administration may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience)
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and OneNote.
