We are recruiting to fill an entry level Customer Support Technician position to assist court users, attorney's offices and the general public in their ability to utilize information technology programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling Court related needs. This includes assisting court users with their hardware needs, providing information and / or troubleshooting certain applications and software for all customers. The position resides within information technology services division.
