Higginsville Habilitation Center (HHC) is recruiting for an Administrative Support Assistant in the Personnel Office and to be a part of a highly effective team that supports approximately 200 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports individuals receiving 24/7 services.
The Administrative Support Assistant - Timekeeper must be detailed orientated, work well with others, have good time management skills, possess leadership skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES This position will be responsible for monitoring and supporting approximately 200 direct care and non-direct care staff in a new electronic timekeeping system. Will also ensure accuracy of payrolls and entries into the TimeClock Plus and SAMII.
QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
SCHEDULE Scheduled to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with Saturday and Sunday as days off
