Job Description:
Under limited supervision, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the full scope of training development, design, and delivery for child support staff across the state. Incumbent must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in program curriculum design, development, revision, delivery, evaluation, and scheduling venue.

The Training Coordinator position:
- Is responsible for ensuring the training needs of the program are met through the development and implementation of various learning strategies and programmatic training.
Hiring Wage: $23.140 per hour - non-exempt
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Dress Attire: Business Casual

Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Four years’ experience and/or training in planning and presenting information and/or education to others through formal training, workshops, seminars, or other instructional venues including experience developing training programs or curriculum. Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, organization communication, training and development or related field may be substituted for experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Four years of combined experience working with Learning and Development/education in planning, presenting, developing, and designing training, including classroom, e-learning, and/or on-the-job learning. Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, organizational communication, training and development, or related field may be substituted for experience.
Other: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in Child Support Enforcement
- Instructional/training development and delivery skills
