Your contributions will directly support the completion of investigations and audits, ensuring justice is served in every guardianship case. You’ll even have the opportunity to file reports with district courts and assist in correspondence on behalf of our dedicated staff.

After an initial training period, you may have the opportunity for a hybrid remote/in-office schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Financial Forensic Specialists and Investigators in locating individuals and assets through internet searches and computerized systems.
- Request and track essential records (police reports, background checks, medical records, financial statements, etc.) to support investigations.
- Perform data entry to maintain and update investigation and audit records in tracking systems.
- Copy, scan, and organize documentation to support ongoing cases.
- Create and manage spreadsheets, utilizing formulas to display and analyze data, and prepare special reports as needed.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings with relevant parties.
- Support auditing financial records for protected individuals and guardians.
- File investigation and audit reports with the courts and serve these reports to all relevant parties in guardianship cases.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Prior auditing and/or investigations, record keeping, bookkeeping, and/or scheduling experience is preferred.
Applicants with a background as legal secretaries, accounting assistants, Family Services Specialists, and/or case management are encouraged to apply!
Effectively works remotely and collaborates with employees from a remote location, as needed. Must have expertise in virtual meeting platforms, such as Teams. Must have the ability to work remotely via an internet network connection provided by the employee. This connection speed must be sufficient to perform all duties. A minimum of 50-100 mb download speeds are required. Higher connection speed may be required if sharing this connection with other members in an employee’s household.
