Maintenance Repair Workers perform semi-skilled work in the building and mechanical trades to repair, construct, and/or maintain buildings, facilities and equipment.

The Nevada Division of State Parks is recruiting for a seasonal Maintenance Repair Worker 1 position. This recruitment will be used to underfill the Maintenance Repair Worker 2 position. Incumbents for this position must be able to perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks to include maintenance on water and sewer systems. Working under the guidance of the Facility Supervisor 3, you will play a crucial role in the overall park operations and maintenance throughout the Tahoe Region. Incumbents may be required to work various hours and shifts including holidays and weekends. Applicants may also be required to demonstrate the ability to perform job-related tasks during the interview process. One year of experience performing general building, grounds, and equipment maintenance work; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.
Special Requirements
