The purpose of this position is to provide operational Administrative Support for Administrative Services Division (ASD), and General Service Bureau (GSD) within the Taxation and Revenue Department.

Minimum Qualification
A Bachelor's degree in any field of study from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of professional level experience operating within limited parameters and guidelines directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling eight (8) years may substitute for the required education and experience. A hiring agency will designate a portion of the required experience to include supervisory and/or specialized experience. Any required licensure, certification or registration shall be defined at the time of recruitment and will be in addition to the above requirements.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification within six (6) months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment. Must be current with all tax reporting/payment. Employment is subject to post offer pre-employment criminal background check to include fingerprint checks and is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Office setting, exposure to VDT, extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.

Bargaining Unit Position
This position is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
The purpose of this position is to provide operational Administrative Support for Administrative Services Division (ASD), and General Service Bureau (GSD) within the Taxation and Revenue Department.

This position will:
- Supervise (3) assigned employees
- Conduct evaluations and reviews
- Supervise and train a team of inventory control staff.
- Supervise all daily operations including management of employees and program support, operational management of the Taxation and Revenue Department (TRD) Central Supply Unit.
- Responsible for the maintenance, control and distribution of all supplies, forms and license utilized by Department entities throughout the state, law enforcement agencies and auto dealers.
- Conduct year-end inventory audit and adjustment.
- Cataloging computer equipment and asset disposal for multiple divisions.
