The Office Clerk, General - III will:
Provide specialized high-level clerical support to the Child Support Services Division (CSSD) field office.
How does it get done?
The Office Clerk, General - III is responsible for:
Applying knowledge of systems, processes and procedures, and federal time frames;
Mentoring other clerical staff.
Who are the customers?
Child Support Services Division (CSSD) field office management and staff;
Parties of child support cases.
Ideal Candidate
Child Support Services Division (CSSD) field office management and staff;
Parties of child support cases.
Minimum Qualification
High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) months experience in office administration and/or customer service. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling three (3) months may substitute for the required experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate.
Employment is subject to a pre-employment criminal history background investigation and is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Office setting, exposure to VDT, extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some travel may be required.
