We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store & Office Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering telephone calls, and assisting them with their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of trash.
In addition to your customer service and housekeeping duties, you will also assist with various administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing purchase orders, and handling statements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in these tasks.
