Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (BMNTC) is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Specialist I for the Nursing Department.

The Administrative Specialist I's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provides administrative support for the nursing units
- Provides a centralized portal for distribution and receipt of signature documents, (policies, resident and unit trainings) and building-wide requirements such as TB shot updates, HIPAA, etc.
- Maintains organized filing systems
- Maintains and distributes various lists to appropriate staff, as needed (staff information, resident information, family/guardian information, etc.)
- Maintains the CNA registry for unit staff including submitting online renewals, as needed
- Assists Nurse Supervisors and other staff, as needed
- Performs various other tasks and special projects as requested/assigned by Nurse Supervisors
