This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $36.10 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).

This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 5601 Six Forks Rd., 1931 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27609.
This position will be responsible for managing and tracking invoices for goods or service contracts. Which includes verifying and ensuring accuracy of expenditures, while communicating with Contract Administrators within the divisions internal department to resolve any discrepancies on the invoices and or contract reimbursement request forms.
NOTE: Â Qualified applicants must meet and CLEARLY reflect on their application training and experience and all knowledge, skills, abilities, and any experience or competencies specified in the posting and/or supplemental question(s) to be considered. - Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in time management.
- Previous experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.Â
- Experience in running and reviewing reports in North Carolina Financial System (NCFS).
- A customer service mentality with a relentless focus on delivering value to the programs of the DCFW and the North Carolinians its programs serve.
