Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 400 Old Smithfield Road, Goldsboro, NC 27530.
Responsible for preparing food products at different diet consistencies including pureed, ground, thickening liquids, and cleaning and sanitizing the production area and dining area. Food created can significantly affect the nutritional quality and acceptance level of patient diets and cost containment. Keeps inventory of kitchen supplies and food available. May utilize State Vehicle to grocery shop.

- Must have and maintain a current valid driver's license.

- Knowledge of food preparation time, temperature, and methods of preserving.
