The Casework Associate I positions are located in Morganton at the WorkSource Facility and provides support and service coordination under the supervision of the WorkSource West Facility Director or designee working primarily with persons receiving services on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Corrections caseloads.
Job Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Evaluating professional diagnostic data to determine eligibility and required services
- Developing and implementing individualized plans of rehabilitation services for eligible consumers.
- Orchestrating and overseeing the provision of planned services
- Interviewing consumers for the purpose of assessing need
- Arranging for appropriate evaluations and other services indicated on the Individualized Plan for Employment
- Engaging in various administrative duties including case service documentation, caseload management, staff and other administrative meetings
- Participating in training and professional development activities
