- Must meet DNCR Fleet Safety Guidelines and have ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license issued from within the United States or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, negotiate uneven outdoor terrain on foot, and drive motor vehicles at day and night

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
Qualified candidates must have or be able to:
- Demonstrated experience with computer hardware which may include Cisco networking, VPNs, telecommunications, office software and/or systems
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting NAS/SAN systems
- Proven knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy and/or other Windows Server administration tools
- Proven experience with SQL or other relevant database languages including troubleshooting both point of sale and other database systems
- Proven knowledge of cabling standards including terminating Ethernet, phone, and other cables as required
Management Preference:
- Ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material, handle multiple, competing and changing priorities, identify and understand reoccurring problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to integrate knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments and problems of moderate to high complexity
- Ability to independently resolve problems through advanced system analysis and troubleshooting procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate solutions to technicians, analyst, other specialists, and other affected personnel to aid their future solving ability
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution

Veteran’s and National Guard Preference
