Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a human resource professional to support human resource functions for the agency. As a Human Resources Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
providing assistance to ODM offices with recruitment strategies
assisting in preliminary screening of job applications
participating on interview panels
onboarding candidates
processing personnel actions
working with various Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
providing assistance to Employee Relations unit
responding to various inquiries
