The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Analyst for our Pharmacy Benefit Management Compliance & Enforcement (PBM) Unit.
Position Summary
The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient’s Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Communicating and collaborating with PBM agents and attorneys on case investigation and prosecution.
- Analyzing the regulatory reports of Pharmacy Benefits Managers including but not limited to the network retail location reports and financial reports.
- Process confidential data and information in compliance with legal standards.
- Reviewing and summarizing discovery responses to civil investigations paying particular attention to trends and patterns.
- Generating reports and data analysis, including but not limited to visualizations of geographical and financial data, for administrative hearings and/or presentations to the Oklahoma Legislature.
- Assisting with testing and implementation of new software systems, as needed.
- Continually identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance OR Specialized training/certification OR equivalent work experience is required.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated investigative analyst with coursework or experience with data analysis (in MS Excel, MS SQL Server, and others), and/or forensic accounting.
