About the Position: 

We are actively seeking a Clinical Compliance and Development Specialist to provide administrative support to the Performance Improvement Director. Will assist the clinical and quality improvement departments with data collection and data entry to ensure compliance with standards and policies. This position will also utilize a variety of computer applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, and our electronic medical record. The duties of this position requires strong skills in multitasking, customer service, and critical thinking.

 

Job Type/Salary:  

• Open/Close dates: 3/28/25-Until filled 
• Full-time 
• Hourly rate: Level III - $21.03; Level II - $18.51
• Primary Working Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
• FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt 
• Primary Work Location/Department:  TCBH – Performance Improvement Dept

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

• Level III-Bachelor’s degree plus two years of technical clerical, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Level II-Bachelor’s degree plus one year of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  
  

 

Special Requirements: 

• Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check. 
• Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

About us:  Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment in which an array of integrated therapeutic interventions promotes an improved quality of life for consumers and the community. TCBH serves individuals eighteen years of age or older who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are determined medically stable.

We will transition soon into our new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital, slated for completion in 2026. This state of the art facility, the Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center and will be situated in the OSU Academic Medical District, near the new VA Hospital and the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa.
