The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) PIKEPASS Tulsa Store is seeking a bilingual Customer Assistance Representative to provide exceptional customer service, billing, and payment support to PIKEPASS customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, has experience in billing and payment support, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply! As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with payment and billing inquiries, collecting, and recording payments accurately, and ensuring the security of collected funds.

As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with payment and billing inquiries, collecting, and recording payments accurately, and ensuring the security of collected funds.

Compensation
- Up to $44,600.00 based on education and experience.
- Count, collect, and record all payment methods accurately.
- Safeguard all collected funds and follow strict security procedures.
- Research and answer customer inquiries concerning PIKEPASS related state laws and policies in person and over the phone.
- Responsible for accurate and timely bank deposits.
- Assist customers with payment and billing inquiries.
- Take required information from customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Edit and update customer accounts when required.
- Research and respond to customer requests for publications and forms.
- Handle returned mail efficiently and accurately.
- Review daily and remain up-to-date about information provided on the OTA/PIKEPASS/PIKENET website.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in clerical office work plus two (2) years of experience in customer service, processing tax returns, bookkeeping or closely related work; OR as a customer service representative plus two (2) years of experience in customer service, processing tax returns, bookkeeping or closely related work; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty (30) semester hours of college, including six (6) semester hours in business or public administration for the required experience plus two (2) years of experience in customer service, processing tax returns, bookkeeping or closely related work.
- Fluent in Spanish. Must be able to speak Spanish and communicate effectively with the Spanish speaking patient population.
- Ability to work rotating weekends.
- Proficiency with a second language.
- Experience in customer service, cash handling, or a related role.
- Basic math, spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to read and understand written materials, including emails and policy papers.
- Ability to solve problems, read a map, and give directions.
