Job Description
Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman, OK is recruiting for an Administrative Professional to support the Executive Director and other leadership staff. This position will be responsible for maintaining the Executive Director's calendar, advising of commitments, working to schedule stakeholder meetings, and performing other duties as assigned. In addition, this position may include supervisory responsibilities, coordinates and collaborates with other facility departments, state agencies, legal divisions, care providers and other behavioral health facilities statewide. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and customer service skills.
Job Type/Salary
Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Preplacement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

- Executive Administrative Assistant I: Seven (7) years of administrative/clerical office work including four (4) years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or confidential secretary, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. substituting 30 semester hours from a college or university for every year of experience.
- Executive Administrative Assistant II: Eight (8) years of administrative/clerical office work including five (5) years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or confidential secretary to include (one) 1 year of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting 30 semester hours from a college or university for every year of experience. Note: no substitution will be given for the one (1) year of supervisory experience.
