Responsibilities: The Legal secretary position provides secretarial assistance to the Criminal Division in the Washington County office. Responsibilities include calendaring, preparing and maintaining case files for the District Court calendar and data entry into the Criminal Case Management system (CMS); calendaring, preparing and maintaining files for felony screening, including the preparation and filing of information packages, data entry into the CMS and Odyssey e-file and serve systems; responding to telephone inquiries; preparing legal documents, typing correspondence, filing, assisting with incoming calls and other related duties, as instructed.
