Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of the Center for Career Development and Internships (CDI), the Career Coach assists students with all phases of the career development process.
Career Coaching
- Provides individual and group career coaching sessions for students.
- Evaluates student needs and provides appropriate resources and support (e.g., interest and personality inventory interpretation, major and career exploration, resume assistance, job search and interview preparation, and assistance in developing career plans).
- Facilitates the use of online career management systems, such as Handshake, and online interview preparation software (Big Interview).
- Helps promote and support the first-year experience and alumni mentoring components of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).

Travel / Overtime Requirements : Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
