Job Duties:
A High School Diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a High School Diploma.

Job Duties:
- The Child Support Services Administrative Specialist II assist the Program Coordinator ll in administering the Insurance Match and Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) program
- Setting up cases for the FIDM and Insurance matches.
- Contacting Insurance Companies and Financial Institutions to verify status of Insurance or FIDM Lien.
- Mails notice of liens to the Insurance Company and Financial Institutions.
- Performs receptionist duties by answering incoming telephone calls and greeting customers entering office.
- Update case logs and status screens to meet deadlines and achieve goals set by Program Coordinator ll.
- Ensure personal identifying information (PII) is properly used, accessed, gathered, shared and disposed; Protects the agency network and applications by safeguarding systems, equipment, and data.
- Performs Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/services as directed.
- Other duties as required.
