Lander University is seeking a Director of Campus Engagement and New Student Programs to join our senior leadership team within the Division of Student Experience and Quality Assurance. This role oversees student involvement, new student programs, and family engagement, ensuring a smooth transition for new undergraduate students and fostering meaningful campus experiences. The Director will develop collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders, assess engagement initiatives, and enhance student involvement opportunities.
Master's degree in higher education administration, college student personnel, or a related field. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in a higher education setting, preferable in campus activities, leadership development, campus engagement, student success or related area.
Exceptional commitment to student development and student-centered engagement. Innovative and visionary leadership in the face of change. Strong mentoring, supervisory and managerial skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative style, and detail-oriented organizational skills. Creative problem-solving ability & strong computer skillsincluding Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Driving of university owned vehicles to include golf carts may be required.
Salary : $57,000 - $60,000
