State Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.Agency Additional Requirements: A bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional experience as a planner, researcher or statistician.
