Parks and Grounds Maintenance
The primary objective of our maintenance personnel is to maintain all park areas and facilities to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of park grounds, buildings, facilities, and equipment
- Custodial duties including daily and weekly cleaning of comfort stations and outdoor toilets, emptying fire-rings, stocking cleaning supplies, garbage removal, etc.
- Building and facility maintenance including new construction, renovation, and routine repairs
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Skills in operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment such as mowers, grass trimmers, tractors, weed sprayers, and trucks
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to various weather conditions
