The Opportunity
What to Expect
- Sanitize/disinfect and replenish supplies for restrooms.
- Scrub, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, wax, strip, and buff a variety of floor surfaces.
- Wash and clean windows.
- Maintain inventory and order janitorial supplies.
- Maintain grounds by mowing grass, push and riding lawnmower, operate weed eater, and basic landscaping upkeep.
- Trim trees, shrubs and leaf collection.
- Snow removal.
- Pick up litter.
- Perform minor building maintenance, repair flush-o-meters, change light bulbs, and unplug drain lines.
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills including email and internet searches.
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or other equivalent experience.
- The ability to relocate tools, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50lbs from one location to another.
It is preferred that qualified candidates also have:
- One (1) year of custodial experience performing cleaning and sanitizing.
- One (1) year of landscape experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Herbicide applicators license.
- Knowledge and experience of basic building maintenance.

- In addition to base salary, employees may be entitled to other forms of compensation depending on the type, duties, or location of the position.
