In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Consolidated Business services (CBS3) Fiscal Analyst 5 in administrating, processing, and record keeping involved with local funds. Your experience and attention to detail will support our mission by ensuring prompt and accurate data entry.

Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
This is a Monday-Friday, in-office position.
Some of what you'll do:
- Perform cashiering duties, disburse cash and verify receipts and cash for returned transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, staff, and coworkers.
- Assist with data entry, account withdrawals, deposits, and purchase orders.
- Work with four Local Funds accounts, Patient Trust, Welfare, Petty Cash and the Impress Fund accounts.
- Verify patient and fund information and post daily withdrawal transactions from patient and/or fund accounts.
- Prepare bank cash orders, generate checks, and records deposits for various accounts.
- Process and calculate weekly patient incentive pay.
- Work in detail with bank accounts processing, balancing, reconciliation, and auditing--to include patient accounts and internal department accounts.
- Cashiering transaction of deposits and withdrawals or cash and negotiables. Update accounts daily to include auditing of accounts.
- Process patient account deposits, withdrawals, orders, payments, and other allocations as requested.
- Issue P Cards for authorized and approved purchases to appropriate individuals.
- Provide technical assistance to managers, supervisors, employees and patients on the appropriate use of Local Funds.
We’re looking for someone with:
Three years of fiscal record-keeping experience.
Education can substitute year-for-year for experience.

- Ability to use automated patient account system.
- Ability to demonstrate the application of accounting practices and the ability to apply practical accounting techniques.
- Ability to analyze – uses data and information in a clear and rational thought process to assess and understand issues, evaluate options and form accurate conclusions.
- Must be able to communicate and comprehend (through oral and written forms of communication) with management, peers, patients and the public in a professional and respectful manner.
- Ability to process large quantities of fiscal data with consistency, accuracy and efficiency.
