Our team is hiring for a full-time Psychiatric Social Worker 3 at the historic Washington Soldiers Home in beautiful Orting, Washington!Please Note: The expected work hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. *This position has been posted within the assigned pay range through Step L. Step M has not been published as this is considered the longevity step, in alignment with state HR compensation rules.*Position(s) at this location will also receive 5% Premium Pay for 24/7 facilities. Employees must physically work at the facility 3 days per workweek to qualify. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Some of what you'll be doing includes: Completing psychosocial assessments, psychiatric case histories.Completing assigned components of RAI (MDS, CAA, Care Plans research and completion).Maintaining direct contact with residents and families.Completing psychosocial assessment interviews (Initial, quarterly, annual, significant change, change of therapy, and discharge).Completion of assigned sections of the MDS (PASRR, cognition, psychosocial well-being, mood, behavior, psychotropic, and discharge).Inputting data from assessments into Electronic Medical Records (Point Click Care).Perform 1:1 visits, phone, care conferences, and discharge planning.Conducting interviews for ongoing assessment and treatment with a focus on the resident's cognitive, mood, psychosocial, and behavioral status.Developing behavioral plans and maintaining behavior monitors when necessary.And more!*Complete Position Description available upon request.*
