Nature of Work
Responsible for recording and balancing of routine financial and numerical data; prepares bank deposits and/or checks to include reconciliation reports. Responsible for resident commissary and all necessary functions for resident incentive program and interactions, routine clerical tasks including but not limited to answering/routing incoming telephone calls, processing incoming/outgoing mail, receiving and routing fax transmissions, typing and submitting forms, memos, letters and reports to include uploading and inputting data electronically. Ordering, invoicing and all necessary duties working within the WV Oasis, Cactas and OIS systems. Serve as facility asset coordinator, fleet coordinator and Purchasing Card holder. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from a standard four-year high school or the equivalent.
Experience: Two years of full time or equivalent part time paid bookkeeping, accounting or related experience.
OR
Successful completion of related business school or vocational training may be substituted for the experience through an established formula.
