Position Summary
In conjunction with other Retailer Contracting and Financial Services staff, other Lottery staff, and the gaming system vendor, this position serves Lottery retailers and applicants by providing information, guidance, problem resolution, and other services relating to Lottery Retailer Contracting and Financial Services.
This position is the first point of contact for the commencement of Lottery sales. This position is responsible for approving and issuing new and renewal applications for a contract to sell Wisconsin Lottery products. This position ensures that the applicant has met all statutory and administrative rule requirements, including information concerning ownership, payment history, tax checks, background checks, and correct fees. When requirements are met, this position issues a contract and a Certificate of Authority to the applicant. Throughout the retailer's association with the Lottery, this position is a point of contact for issues relating to applications, renewals, equipment, training, and service complaints.

Salary Information
Starting salary will be between $30.46 and $34.03 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
The classification of this position is Lottery Services Specialist , which is in Pay Schedule 07, Pay Range 04. Pay will be set in accordance with the State of Wisconsin Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire. Starting pay for current state employees may vary based on applicable provisions in the Compensation Plan.
