- Direct and supervise professional and non-professional staff, including assigning, evaluating, supervising, hiring, firing, disciplining, training, and monitoring their work.
- Develop and implement an overall security plan, policies, and procedures to ensure safety and security within the facility.
Requirements:
- A minimum of experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs related to security, education, social services, treatment, etc., in accordance with administrative rules, legal mandates, directives, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in directing and supervising professional and/or non-professional staff, including assigning, evaluating, supervising, hiring, firing, disciplining, training, and monitoring their work.
- Experience in developing and implementing overall security plans, policies, and procedures for a facility to ensure safety and security.
