About the Position:
">This HVAC Controls Automation Specialist role is part of the State of Wisconsin Division of Facilities and Transportation Services (DFTS), Bureau of Building Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning building automation equipment, overseeing computer-based programs, and troubleshooting system issues. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operation of our buildings' systems.

- Install and commission building automation equipment ">
- Oversight and maintenance of computer-based programs ">
- Troubleshooting of system issues ">
- Development, integration, and implementation of building management system applications ">
- Continual development and maintenance of systems, including replacing hardware as needed ">
- Assisting in the building automation phase of construction projects, both new and retrofit ">
- Software changes and revision downloads ">
- Performance analysis of equipment ">
- Implementing the integration and use of all technology ">
- Providing supporting policies, procedures, and technical assistance for users of the applications ">
- Developing and providing training for all systems users ">

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge, training, or experience in installation, commissioning, and/or functional testing of building automation hardware/software, computer experience with network management software, hardware interface, databases, spreadsheet generation and analysis, and developing, writing, and debugging computer program user interfaces and control programs.
