Position Summary
This Assistant District Attorney position is a full-time position to be filled in the District Attorney’s office for Fond du Lac County, located in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a State position in the unclassified service. This position will focus primarily on CHIPS and TPR cases. The position is funded by Fond du Lac County.
Salary Information
The starting salary for this position will be $74,880 annually ($36.00 per hour) but may be authorized up to $114,400 annually ($55.00 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Details
Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.
Qualifications
Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.
