About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/RBAC and will be responsible for managing the Scrum board and backlog, providing clear requirements in the form of Jira stories, participating in scrum ceremonies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect business requirements from stakeholders and partner with the Engineering team to deliver features to the business.
- Demonstrate an agile mindset and deliver incremental value in sprints.
- Manage the Scrum board and backlog effectively, providing clear requirements in the form of Jira stories.
- Participate and lead scrum ceremonies.
- Build consensus among various stakeholders including business users and ISOs.
- Lead and develop junior staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate dependencies and risks.
