Who we are looking for
The State Street Alpha Professional Services team is looking for qualified individuals with a strong background in business operations, project management, database analysis, workflow design and system flows in order to create client solutions and execute the implementation of the industry's first ever front-to-back client servicing platform.
Why this role is important to us
The team you will be joining is a part of the Alpha Professional Services - the Client Integration Group. Our group works with many other areas of State Street Corp. to deploy the Alpha Platform to many of the investment industry's larger firms. The Alpha Platform is the first open front-to-back platform providing our clients with solutions for front office, middle office and back office needs.
What you will be responsible for
As Alpha Professional Services Lead you will
- Help drive a global rollout of Jira and Confluence including creation / management of a standardized client deployment plan, client task workflows, customized client fields and standardized management reports and dashboards.
- Meet with internal stakeholders to identify potential Jira projects and implement them creating efficiencies in the client deployment process.
- Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and process improvement for JIRA / Confluence workflows and processes in place, identifying where functionality can / cannot meet user requests.
- Produce regular progress / status reports on the global rollout of the toolset
- Serve as the first point of contact for our Alpha team for issues, questions, clarifications about Jira / Confluence
- Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectations with client stakeholders
- Contribute to the definition of a standard implementation framework and continuous improvement of the model to drive efficiencies as adoption increases
- Become a product and platform SME on State Street's front-to-back platform

Salary Range :
100,000 - $160,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
