Who we are looking for
State Street Alpha's Model Office integration team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in integration, project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to implement / create / recommend Alpha platform end to end integration. State Street Alpha combines our unique capabilities in data and analytics to better serve our clients and the model office serves as the environment where all the components of Alpha integrate. As a model office team member you will help build the clients end state end to end architecture provide insights, data solutions. We are seeking an individual who can identify innovative ways in solving complex issues that require business and integration experience in order to identify an optimal solution and disseminate the suggested path forward,
What you will be responsible for
As Alpha Professional Services Lead, Private Markets you will
- Solution Design : Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our Private Asset Management clients, leveraging our front-to-back office platform.
- Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Workflow Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation across multiple asset class with a focus on private credit, private equity, real asset etc..
- Data Analysis : Leverage data analysis techniques to inform solution design and identify potential risks and challenges.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Project Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and ongoing support.
- Platform Expertise : Become a subject matter expert on our front-to-back office platform and its capabilities.

Salary Range :
130,000 - $212,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
