As a Bank Loans Assistant Vice President, the ideal candidate will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the Bank Loan asset class and the multiple internal and external dependencies required to successfully manage the end client delivery executed by multiple staff under your oversight. Experience in or exposure to Fund Accounting, Custody, Financial Reporting, Recon, Fund Operations, Trade Processing, Middle Office, Risk Oversight, Relationship Management, Automation, and Management Reporting are required.

What you will be responsible for
As Bank Loans Assistant Vice President, you will :
- Oversee complex daily production and processes. This is a client-facing, player-coach role responsible for direct staff management in addition to global teams oversight.
- Serve as lead subject matter expert, primary contact, and escalation point for operational mattersincluding non-routine requests and / or inquiries directly from clients, internal teams, and external 3rd parties.
- Collaborate and prioritize individual staff and cross-team work to meet daily and monthly SLA, KPI, and other performance metrics.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver prioritized projects and / or events, including implementation of process improvements, technological system enhancements, CLO warehouse launches and closings.
- Role-model work culture traits, propagate valued behaviors, and recognize exemplary actions of others.

Salary Range :
85,000 - $152,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
