State Streets Alpha Middle Office Product Implementation team is seeking a versatile individual with strong Cash Services and Front Office Support Services experience for the Head of Cash and Front Office Support Product Implementation, Managing Director. The successful candidate must possess skill developing implementation practices and building high performing teams that can be scaled up for complex implementation requirements and client interactions. This individual would need to have market working knowledge of best practices tied to Cash treatment by investment managers, various cash profiles that clients could leverage for treatment of cash, and hands on experiences of CRIMS for driving meaningful discussions with clients on Alpha’s Cash Services and Front Office Services model.

What you will be responsible for
As Head of Cash and Front Office Support Services, you will
- Provide guidance to teams on technical analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state data-centric operating models.
- Emphasize and drive the need for standard artifacts within the team to be leveraged as “controls” and “tollgates” within the implementation framework tied to Cash and FOS.
- Work with leadership on cost and budget management tied to implementation resources and create necessary efficiencies through creating better output from our teams by better training and augmenting certain roles from vendor partners
- Ensure that teams have knowledge of analysis best practices and document data mappings from source systems involved in the solution, where applicable.
- Drive improvements in the Project Plans with tightened governance of interdependent tasks across workstreams and within workstreams.
- Work with Product teams on Implementation requirements and ensuring they are on the Product roadmap for timely delivery. Ensure there is adherence to standards as best as possible and eliminate customizations by thorough review of client requirements with implementation leads.
- Provide resourcing timely to new implementations or live client change management demands.
- Lead Service Definitions and pre-sales initiatives when called upon to do so.
- Consolidate application design for global strategic model.
- Display a culture of ownership and accountability into the team and enhance leadership behaviors within the team. Drive cross pollination of intra service families and participate in inter service family cross pollination to promote the culture of ONE Alpha Middle Office Product Implementation team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent,
- Minimum 15 years related experience in financial services technical projects
- Knowledge of financial service industry – cash & IBOR / CRIMS is preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $252,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
